OmniQuant produces directional model predictions and market intelligence. Nothing on this platform is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer or solicitation. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary.

Markets are uncertain. A published accuracy track record describes past model performance and does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a licensed professional before acting. You may lose money.

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person; do not share access or resell output without a written agreement. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape at scale, or violate these terms.

Paid plans renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. Prices are shown before you subscribe and may change with notice for future billing periods. Trials, where offered, convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Payments are processed by our payment partners; we do not store card details. You can cancel anytime from your account — access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per the policy shown at checkout.

• Don’t reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the models, data, or API output beyond your plan.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Don’t use the service where doing so would breach applicable law or exchange rules in your jurisdiction.

The models, software, aggregated data, and interfaces are owned by OmniQuant and protected by law. Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the output for your own decision-making. Market data and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniQuant is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months.
