By accessing or using OmniQuant, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). The Platform is operated by Global Nexus EXIM (OPC) Private Limited (CIN: U47912UP2025OPC215257), having its registered office at Sector 75, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar — 201301, Uttar Pradesh, India. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter binding contracts
• Reside in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is permitted
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws

OmniQuant provides:

• AI-driven market predictions and probabilistic forecasts
• Sentiment analysis and news intelligence
• Portfolio analytics and risk decomposition
• Alerts and notifications
• Historical data and calibration metrics

New users receive a 30-day free trial with full access to every feature. After the trial window, continued access requires the Pro plan — one plan, every market, ₹499 or $9.99 per month, flat — with current prices on the pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current rate until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Separately, one-time crowdfunding contributions (see the backer page) are charged in INR via Razorpay, grant a fixed number of months of a named plan, and never auto-renew; they are contributions to a pre-launch product, not an equity investment. Both subscription payments and one-time contributions are final and non-refundable — see the full Payment & Refund Policy, also shown at checkout before you confirm payment.

For users paying via cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, XRP):

• A premium is applied to account for taxes and blockchain volatility
• Crypto transactions are irreversible by design — no chargebacks
• You are responsible for sending to the correct address
• We accept no liability for funds sent to incorrect addresses or networks
• Processing times depend on blockchain network congestion

We reserve the right to require government-issued ID and third-party identity verification before processing payments, and to retain related data per applicable laws. Verification data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

• Use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our models or algorithms
• Do not scrape, redistribute, or resell our predictions, scores, or data feeds
• Do not share account credentials outside of Enterprise multi-seat agreements
• Do not misrepresent yourself or your activity on the Platform
• Do not engage in market manipulation or unlawful trading activity
• Conduct your own due diligence for every investment decision

All content, algorithms, models, designs, trademarks, and code on the Platform are owned by Global Nexus EXIM (OPC) Private Limited or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use outputs for your own analytical purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, claim ownership over, or use our trademarks without prior written consent.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE, OR PROFITABILITY OF FORECASTS.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We disclaim liability for investment losses, indirect / incidental / consequential damages, and any third-party services accessed via the Platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Nexus EXIM (OPC) Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your investment decisions, or third-party claims related to your activity.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for Terms violation, fraud, abuse, or platform-protection reasons. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, any remaining subscription or backer-granted access ends; fees already paid are not refunded except as required by law.

We may modify these Terms periodically. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance for existing users. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. We recommend periodic review.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary; the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.
